About Our Custom Builds
Our business was founded on custom builds and a commitment to the highest level of craftsmanship. Nearly every component we use is designed and built in house or carefully selected from our choice vendor network. We work together using your design and our experience to tailor-fit your van to your vision.
STEP TWO
Design Process
We encourage our clients to visit us at the Site Seven HQ for an in-person design consult and facility tour. This allows you the opportunity to get your hands on the materials, see our builds in-process, and meet our amazing team - basically to take a look under the hood both literally and figuratively.
STEP THREE
Your Build
Our team begins crafting the structure and details of your build inline with our values and philosophy. The custom build process usually takes between 12-16 weeks, depending on the level of complexity. During this time we'll be in frequent communication and send formal updates as the build progresses.
Step Four
Handoff
Once the build is finished and testing is complete, it's time to introduce you to your new Site Seven van! We highly encourage you to visit HQ to get your keys, documentation, and to get properly oriented. We have some dynamite adventures in our own backyard that would be perfect for breaking in your new van, so you can get to know all the ins and outs while you're still close to our workshop. If coming to Chattanooga isn't an option, no problem! We will arrange for delivery.

Timing
We understand that once you’ve decided to move forward with a custom build, excitement is high, and timing is crucial. That’s why we strive to keep lead times within 6–9 months and, whenever possible, work with you to expedite your project.
