Site Seven LLC started in 2017 and is located in downtown Chattanooga, TN. It’s worth mentioning that we've been in the camper business for three generations. Our Vans are designed and built in house using real material and choice components.

We love the outdoors, woods, water, and dirt roads, vehicles of all kinds, thoughtful design with quality materials, and most importantly we love what we do.

We believe in simplicity, design, and craft. We believe the projects we complete facilitate experiences, adventures, and memories.

We believe that simplicity results in a long service life, ease of use, and ease of service.

We believe that design based on our experience and client feedback results in reliable, useable, and comfortable spaces that make you feel at home when the conditions outside suggests not.

Where We Came From

From humble beginnings in a dry-cleaners parking lot to National RV Dealer of the Year, we've seen the industry grow and change and learned a few things along the way.

Dry Cleamers to Campers

In 1967 after a trip west Mel Shipp (my Grandfather) made the decision to close down his dry-cleaning business and start selling pop-up campers.

Small team, Big goals

Shipp's RV moves and expands to East Ridge TN, off I-75

Dealer of the Year

RVDA Awards Shipp's RV with the Dealer of the Year Award.

One chapter closes, and another opens.

The family business was aquired by a national RV company.

Full Circle

From campers, to bikes, back to campers. Site Seven starts van number 1 in the driveway.

First Home

With the help of our friends at Dwell Construction we move out of the driveway into our first shop in downtown Chattanooga

Committed to Craftsmanship

We move away from any outsourced components and invest in the tools to bring fabrication completely in-house

Room to Grow

We move into our own new 12k Square Feet square feet shop in Downtown Chattanooga. With room to grow we expand our in house fabrication to include Aluminum and more CNC capacity.

Workshop Series

We take what we learned building custom vans and develop our Workshop Series line. These turn key campers are offer an option for those not interested in the decision making associated with a custom project, with out sacrificing quality.
